Le site Techpower Up a mis la main sur un modèle de carte graphique NVIDIA RTX 4060 Ti 16 Go. Il s'agit, évidemment, d'une version custom, du constructeur Gainward, la RTX 4060 Ti 16 Go Panther OC. La carte est assurément basée sur un GPU AD106, son boost profite d'un léger overclocking à 2595 Mhz.
L'opposition avec le modèle 8 Go révèle un écart infime, quelle que soit la résolution choisie, les gains sont de 0.4 fps, 0.6 fps et 1.2 fps, en 1920 x1080, 2560 x 1440 et 3840 x 2160 pixels.
La différence est plus conséquente lorsque la technologie Ray Tracing est activée, surtout en 1440p et 2160p, toutefois cela semble être particulièrement dû au jeu Doom Eternal.

This model, which doubles the VRAM size over the "standard" RTX 4060 Ti 8 GB, was announced to much fanfare back in May 2023, but NVIDIA, for reasons we'll find out in this review, decided against sampling the card to reviewers ahead of its official July 18 launch. There is no first-party Founders Edition card, and NVIDIA's board partners weren't too keen on sampling their custom-design cards, either. So we spent north of $500, (€562.50 to be precise) to buy one of these cards from the market after launch, and it finally made its way to our labs. Technically, this is a Gainward GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 16 GB Panther OC, but we are treating it as a de facto NVIDIA review, because there is no FE available and we have no other reviews planned of this 16 GB model.
