Franchement Quand je vois de la RAM OCZ et des BSOD je m'étonne qu'à moitié: OCZ est loin d'être une référence de qualité en la matière, d'ailleurs il me semble qu'ils ont arrété des faire des barrettes pour se "recentrer" sur les SSD.
Bref je mets un billet sur la RAM, essayes de relacher un peu les timing ou la fréquence pour voir si ça va pas mieux.

HWmonitor je l'ai et ça vaut pas tripette sauf si on considère crédible un CPU qui tourne à 0°C en aircooling M. Green
Pour tester les tensions tu as éventuellement les softs utilitaires de ta CM ou OCCT qui te donnera des courbes avec d'éventuelles surcharges/effondrement sur tes diverses tensions.

Mais un diagnostic de ton alim semble indispensable...après mise à jour du bios.

Question bête: tu n'as pas overclocké ton X4 BE?

J'ai essayé memtest86, et je ne sais pas du tout comment ça marche...

quand je teste avec memtest tout court cette même barrette : j'arrive à 150% sans erreurs.

Je fais un memtest86 sur la même barrette, et là, ça analyse bien ! Pour le moment, j'en suis à 30% sans erreur, lancé depuis 3 minutes, la barrette enlevée est peut être la cause du problème... On verra après !

PS : Heureusement que j'ai 2 PC !
